• First party Cargo- including processing, warehousing and distribution locations - The world continues to get smaller, and increasing numbers of commercial enterprises now find themselves with international transit exposures. We are available to help survey exposures and engineer account-specific risk treatment options.
• Third party Cargo Liabilities - Any kind of bailee, whether it be carrier or others, can be entertained.
• Transportation Intermediaries - Including Surface Freight Forwarders, Air Freight Forwarders, Transportation Property Brokers, NVOCC's and Customs Brokers.
• Brown Water Hull and P&I - Commercial operations with a Marine exposure on inland or coastal waters are eligible for coverage consideration (excluding Crew P&I), including Marine Contractors, Bridge Contractors, and Passenger Boats/Ferries.
• Primary Marine Liabilities - We aggressively offer a full range of products, for Terminal Operators, Stevedore Companies, Wharfingers, and have a conservative appetite for Marina Operators and Boat Dealers.
• Marine General Liability - - We offer a comprehensive GL product for those accounts ineligible for the standard Casualty GL marketplace.
• Excess Marine Liabilities, including Bumbershoots - Underlying carriers must be minimally Best's rated A-.
